Jade Down Under

I went to the mall today (I had to pick up my rugby ticket for tomorrow) and thought I'd get a couple quotes for highlights and a cut.  I went to four different places and was told that for a full head of highlights it would start at $190 and a cut starts at $55.  The cheapest quote I got was for $250.00!!!  I have fine, shoulder length hair so we're not talking an intensive dying session, what do they do that is worth $250.00??!!  Those streaks better be gold and have a lifetime guarantee cause that's the only way I'd be paying that!

I started asking about cap streaking, as opposed to foils, but didn't get much luck there either.  A cap dye job starts at $85 and that does not include a cut.  SCREW THAT!  I'm not a fan of the cap streaking so, no way, Jose.
