The past couple of days have been pretty relaxed but its because I'm sick... a bad head cold. This couldn't come at a worse time - I NEVER get sick!! My nose is red and peeling and my head is a big fog. I broke down and cried on Jamie's lap the other night... there's still too much to do and the last thing I need is a cold!! I was just being a baby, but he rubbed my back and made me laugh; all is well in the world.
Yesterday, I was supposed to go out with some of the girls for breaky but had to cancel, luckily I'll be seeing them tomorrow night!! I need some chicky time before I go!
On Monday, Jamie and I went to the Science Centre. I remember it (kid memories) being a lot more fun than it was. The best part were the few exhibits which Jamie and I could compete on. I did, however, get a chance to feel what it would be like to walk on Mars.
Unfortunately the harness was... tight. I didn't spend too much time jumping around but it was a good time.
Jamie got to do a stress test. **Poke** 'Does this stress you?' **Pinch** 'What about this? lol... I had a good time but not much bugs him.
Hey all you smokers, this is the lung of a long-term smoker. See all that black stuff... that's NOT good. Just in case you don't know, your lungs should be white!!
I left a couple of these notes on the boards around the Science Centre. Jamie didn't see me leave one. I think you were supposed to write about various topics but my immaturity shone through. This wasn't the first time... I also made a scene with the decibal reader... it said to laugh, talk or scream so I obviously chose the last option. It was fun. I think I should have stayed a child, you can get away with a lot more.
Tomorrow will be my last day in the country. I spoke with Melissa and we will be leaving around 4am on Friday to head to the airport, I'll have to leave earlier to pick her up. I doubt I'll sleep, there's almost no point. As said in an earlier post we will be heading to the Waterfront Cafe tomorrow night (Thurs) at 7 so come on out!!
